University Village Towers is a student housing complex serving University of California, Riverside.  Spanning 218,000 square feet, the complex is comprised of three primary structures.  The Towers is an eight-story, 134-suite building featuring tiered architecture.  The Gardens is a four-story, all-metal structure, featuring 10 one-story and five two-story apartment units. The third structure is a single-story metal frame building housing a meeting room and recreation area.

In all, University Village Towers is comprised of 149 three- to four-bedroom suites, providing a total of 525 student dormitories.
