May 11, 2017— Lido House in Newport Beach is currently under construction with plans to open in early 2018. R.D Olson Construction has been working on the project since the summer of 2016. It will be the first boutique style hotel to be built on the Peninsula in Newport Beach.
Newport Beach-based R.D. Olson Development is the owner and developer of the project.
