Residence Inn by Marriott Glendale will be a 6-story, 145 room, 96,200 Sq. Ft. hotel. It will consist of a large pool courtyard and landscaped open space.  The hotel will also include meeting space, a hotel lounge, dining and lobby area, and outdoor corner dining.
