Director of Real Estate Acquisitions

Craig Butcher is Director of Real Estate Acquisitions with R.D. Olson Development. In this position, Mr. Butcher is responsible for the identification and acquisition of assets and development opportunities for the company in primary markets throughout the U.S.

Craig brings over 25 years of experience in real estate and hospitality to the R.D. Olson Development team. Prior to joining R.D. Olson Development Mr. Butcher was active in business development/growth strategy, market expansion, product launches, cross-functional sales teams, territory management, SWOT & needs analysis, and performance improvement for organizations such as Trammell Crow Residential, Marriott International and Extended Stay America.

Mr. Butcher’s education includes a BS degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He has also completed substantial additional sales and leadership training sponsored by his employers.
