Brandon Parole

Sr. Director of Asset Management

Brandon serves as Sr. Director of Asset Management for R.D. Olson Development. In this position Brandon is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our portfolio of hotels, working closely with hotel management to maximize profitability ensuring protection of ownership investment. He also contributes with debt and equity arrangement and funding, financial analysis and underwriting, and market feasibility studies and pre-opening strategies.

Prior to Brandon’s seven years at R.D. Olson Development, Brandon earned his BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and has a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
